Our refund window
Refunds are available within the first seven days of purchase. The clock starts the moment your order is confirmed. A request made on day eight or later does not qualify, so if you are weighing up the course, make the call inside that first week.
Eligibility condition
A refund inside the window carries one condition: you must have completed at least ninety percent of the course content, as tracked by the platform. We want you to have genuinely worked through the material before deciding it was not for you.
Progress is measured automatically as you move through the lessons, so there is nothing extra to prove beyond what the platform already records on your account.
How to claim a refund
Email hello@keyframe24.ai within seven days of purchase and include two things:
- Your order ID, from the purchase confirmation we sent you.
- Proof of ninety percent completion. A note confirming you have reached the threshold is enough. We verify it against your account.
We check the request against the progress recorded on your account and reply with a decision. If the two line up, the refund is approved.
No refunds after day 8
Once the seven day window closes, no refunds are issued, under any circumstances. This holds regardless of how much of the course you have watched, and regardless of the reason. The window exists precisely so you have the room to evaluate the course in full before it closes.
A note on digital products
Keyframe is a digital product. Course content is delivered in full and available immediately after purchase, which means you hold the entire value of what you bought from day one.
The ninety percent completion threshold is there to keep the policy fair. It lets a genuine student who worked through the material and found it wrong for them claim a refund, while making sure the window is not used to watch the whole course for free and then ask for the money back.
Processing time
Approved refunds are processed within seven business days. The money returns to your original payment method through the processor you paid with, Razorpay for payments made in India or Paddle for international payments. How quickly it lands after that depends on your bank or card provider.
