Acceptance of terms
By joining the waitlist, buying a course, or using anything at keyframe24.ai, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use the platform. This is a binding agreement between you and Keyframe, and it applies every time you access the course.
Course access
A purchase gives you lifetime access to the content you bought, for as long as Keyframe operates the platform. That access is a single user license. It is personal to you and non-transferable.
You may not share, sell, gift, or assign your account or your access to anyone else. One purchase, one person.
Intellectual property
Everything inside a Keyframe course belongs to Keyframe. That includes the videos, the written material, the frameworks, the images, and the SLATE methodology the teaching is built on.
You are granted a license to watch and learn from this material for your own practice. You are not granted the right to reproduce, redistribute, publish, resell, or build a competing course from it. The methodology and the material stay ours.
Payment terms
Prices are shown in Indian rupees for customers in India, charged through Razorpay, and in US dollars for international customers, charged through Paddle, who act as merchant of record for those sales.
The price you see at checkout is the price you pay for the access described. Taxes are added where the law requires them. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
Prohibited use
To keep the course working for everyone, the following are not allowed:
- Screen recording, or capturing the video or audio by any means.
- Redistribution. Uploading, posting, or sharing any part of the course, in public or in private.
- Sharing login credentials, or letting anyone else use your access.
We may suspend or terminate access, without a refund, for any account that breaks these rules.
Disclaimer
Keyframe teaches craft. It does not promise outcomes. We do not guarantee any particular result, income, audience, or career move from taking a course. What you get out of it depends on the effort you put in and how you apply the work. Any examples we show are illustrations, not promises.
Limitation of liability
Keyframe is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, Keyframe is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the course. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot be limited under the law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from them is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
