Keyframe sells a digital product. Nothing is shipped physically, so no shipping charges, tracking numbers or delivery addresses apply to any order.
Access to the Keyframe online course, hosted on our learning platform at learn.keyframe24.ai. Course material is streamed within your account and is not supplied as physical media.
Access is granted automatically once payment is confirmed, normally within a few minutes of a completed transaction. A confirmation email containing your login link is sent to the email address entered at checkout.
If a payment is held for verification by the payment provider, access is granted as soon as the payment clears, and in any case within 24 hours of confirmation.
Check the spam or promotions folder of the email address used at checkout. If the confirmation email is not there, write to hello@keyframe24.ai with the email address used and the date of purchase. Access is restored manually, usually the same working day.
The course is available worldwide. Buyers in India are billed in Indian Rupees. Buyers outside India are billed in US dollars through our international payment provider. Prices for both are listed on the pricing page.
