What information we collect
We collect only what we need to run the platform and get you into the course. Nothing is gathered for its own sake.
- Name and email. Given when you join the waitlist or complete a purchase. This is how we send your access, your receipts, and course updates.
- Payment information. Handled by our payment processors, Razorpay for payments made in India and Paddle for international payments. Card and banking details are entered on their systems, not ours. We receive a confirmation and a transaction reference, never your full card number.
- Usage data. As you use the site and the course player we collect standard analytics through cookies: pages viewed, lessons started and completed, device and browser type, and rough location from your IP address. This tells us what is working and what needs a re-cut.
How we use your information
Every use below maps to something you asked us to do: get you in, keep you informed, take your payment, and make the course better.
- Deliver the course. Grant access, track your progress, and keep your place across devices.
- Communicate with you. Send access details, receipts, lesson releases, and the occasional email about your enrollment. You can opt out of non-essential email at any time.
- Process payments. Complete your purchase and handle any refund through Razorpay or Paddle.
- Improve the platform. Understand how lessons are used so we can tighten the material and fix what breaks.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it except with the service providers listed below, and only so they can do the job we hired them for.
Third-party services we use
Running Keyframe means trusting a small set of providers with specific tasks. Each one receives only the data it needs to do its part.
- MailerLite. Stores your name and email and sends our waitlist and course email.
- Razorpay. Processes payments made in India.
- Paddle. Processes international payments and acts as merchant of record for those sales.
- Meta. We run advertising on Meta platforms and use their tools to measure whether those ads bring the right people to Keyframe. This may involve cookies that Meta sets in your browser.
Each provider handles your data under its own privacy terms. We pick providers that treat data seriously, and we recommend reading their policies if the detail matters to you.
How long we keep your data
We keep your account and course data for as long as you have access to the course, which for a purchased course is the life of that course. Keeping it is what lets you return to a lesson years later.
Payment and tax records are kept for as long as Indian law requires us to hold them, currently up to eight years. Analytics is kept in aggregate and is no longer tied to you personally after that point. When data is no longer needed for any of these purposes, we delete it or anonymise it.
Your rights over your data
You own your data. You can ask us to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct anything that is wrong or out of date.
- Delete your personal information, subject to records we are legally required to keep.
Send any of these requests to hello@keyframe24.ai from the email address on your account. We respond within a reasonable period, and in any case within thirty days. There is no charge for a reasonable request.
Changes to this policy
We update this policy when our tools or practices change. When we make a material change we note it here and, where it affects you directly, tell you by email. The date on this page always reflects the current version. Continuing to use Keyframe after a change means you accept the updated policy.
